Refunds for Goods
All Star Metals Inc. accepts returns for new un-opened products, or products that have been deemed defective. Customers wishing to return product must complete our RGA request form. upon receipt of an All Star Metal’s RGA the product authorized must be returned before a refund can be issued.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.
Unless authorized the following goods can not be returned:

·  Opened Products.

·  Damaged Products.

·  Roofing, Siding & Trims.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own discretion.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund

Returns
Can be made in person at the following location(s): All Star Metals Inc. 4483 Line 80 R.R.4 Listowel Ontario N4W 3G9.

Returns can also be made by a courier of your choice. To return a good by mail or courier, Please package the authorized product(s) and include the All Star Metal’s RGA and ship via your preferred method. Products returned with out a valid All Star Metal’s RGA will be considered as “abandoned”, and if unclaimed after a period 30 days will then be disposed of.

Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
